As part of a broader team dedicated to supporting you with your NDIS Plan, our role is to manage the financial aspects. This includes monitoring your plan-managed NDIS funds, paying your provider invoices accurately and on time, and providing monthly budget statements.
ACCOUNTS
TEAM
Our Accounts Team receives your provider invoices, checks them for compliance with NDIS guidelines, and processes them using our advanced technology. This ensures that you can have confidence in the timely handling of your invoices.
CLIENT SERVICE OFFICERS (CSOs)
Our CSOs are available to assist you with any general questions or queries about the financial management of your plan, plan setups, managing your budgets and reviewing invoices.
CLIENT LIASON OFFICERS (CLO'S)
Our team of CLOs are industry specialists, who are allocated to clients who opt in to accessing individualised support and coaching on all areas of financial management of NDIS plans.
